From an “all you can eat” fully unlimited Platinum plan to the occasional per-hour Break-Fix arrangement.
All of our Managed IT Plans include unlimited remote support, 24/7 Proactive monitoring and maintenance, and access to the friendliest support professionals guaranteed!
Plans are priced per device (ie. computer, server, or laptop) or per user whichever is greater. Printers and networking equipment are all included!
Premium anti-virus is $19 per month when installed on a server operating system.

Do you have a minimum contract length?
No! We earn your business every month.
My organization does not meet the minimum device or user count for the plan I want. May I still engage in a Managed IT Plan?
Yes! We will simply bill for the minimum amount.
Do you charge for onboarding before starting a Managed IT Plan?
No! We believe everyone should benefit from the plan immediately. Any onboarding projects or tasks outside of low voltage work or light construction (such as mounting equipment, running wires, etc.) to bring an environment up to speed are included.
What is Vendor Support?
Vendor Support means we will act on your behalf to solve problems with your technology vendors. Whether that’s Office 365, your internet provider, copier lessor, telephone carrier, and more. Vendor Support is only included for our Platinum clients. It is charged at the break-fix rate for any other plan.
Can you clarify the On-Site Support including drive time? Will I be charged round-trip? Where does the clock start?
Drive time is calculated one-way from the office to the client. We do not charge round-trip. For our Northern California customers, the clock starts near the Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley. For our Central Texas clients, the clock starts near the Bar W Marketplace shopping center at Highway 29 and Ronald Reagan Blvd east of Liberty Hill.
Do you charge minimums for break-fix support?
Yes. Outside of a technician’s valuable time, there are back-office administrative tasks, software subscriptions, and other systems to pay for that allow us to offer the best customer support we can. Therefore, our policy is to charge a 1/2 hour minimum for remote support and a 1 hour minimum for on-site support rendered.
What is the difference between Premium and Basic Anti-Virus?
All Managed IT Customers have access to Bit Defender basic anti-virus through our remote monitoring and management tool: Ninja One. We offer a premium solution powered by Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response
